Architecte IT Nous recherchons un Architecte Applicatif (Senior) pour intervenir sur un projet de transformation digitale
L’objectif est de concevoir et structurer une plateforme digitale intégrée permettant de centraliser, sécuriser et optimiser l’ensemble du processus de gestion des demandes et contrôles d’autorisations.
Objectifs du projet
La solution vise à :
Centraliser l’ensemble des demandes et autorisations dans une base de données
unique
Simplifier et sécuriser la gestion des dossiers pour les agents traitants
Permettre des contrôles terrain efficaces pour les inspecteurs (temps réel ou différé)
Améliorer la transparence pour les usagers sur la légalité des exploitants
Réduire les délais de traitement et améliorer la qualité des données
Périmètre
L’architecte interviendra sur la conception et la coordination technique de :
Un backend exposant les règles métier
Un outil de consultation pour les agents
Une application mobile Android pour les contrôles terrain
Il participera également à la migration des données existantes et à l’intégration de nouvelles
données.

Responsabilités
Concevoir l’architecture applicative
Assurer la cohérence technique de la solution
Participer à la définition des besoins avec les équipes métier
Superviser la qualité technique et les bonnes pratiques
Contribuer aux choix d’architecture et à la sécurité
Profil recherché
Expérience confirmée en architecture logicielle (Senior)
Expérience avec Oracle et migration de données
Bonne connaissance des environnements Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
Notions Android, Docker/Kubernetes (atouts)
Bonne capacité de communication et travail en équipe
