You join AXA Health, within an international team dedicated to AI & Advanced Analytics, managing 5 direct reports. This team operates at the heart of data, AI and GenAI initiatives, supporting the transformation of AXA’s health activities worldwide.

The objective of the role is clear: define and lead the AI strategy, develop AI/ML capabilities (teams, processes, platforms) and deliver high‑impact business use cases, while ensuring responsible, secure and compliant AI.

Your responsibilities

As an AI & Advanced Analytics Manager, your key responsibilities are:

• AI & GenAI strategy definition and leadership

• Define and roll out the AI / GenAI strategy aligned with AXA Health’s business priorities and data strategy;
• Build and maintain a value‑driven AI roadmap focused on measurable impact;
• Establish standards, best practices and playbooks covering the full AI solution lifecycle;

• High‑value AI use case delivery

• Lead the design, experimentation and deployment of AI / ML / GenAI solutions end‑to‑end;
• Prioritise and scale use cases such as fraud detection, claims automation and customer service optimisation;
• Track business performance through KPIs, ROI and adoption metrics, and communicate results;

• Team leadership and partner ecosystem

• Lead, develop and engage an AI team of 5 people, fostering innovation and continuous learning;
• Drive AI culture and upskilling across business and data teams;
• Manage partners and vendors (selection, governance, delivery quality, intellectual property protection);

• Governance, platforms and responsible AI

• Ensure responsible AI, addressing security, compliance, privacy by design and explainability requirements;
• Work closely with data, platform and engineering teams to deliver scalable and industrialised solutions;
• Promote the adoption of AI tools and democratise their usage across AXA Health.

• You have strong expertise in AI (at least 8 years of experience), Machine Learning and GenAI, including NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, MLOps and data platforms;
• You bring proven experience in leading end‑to‑end AI solutions, from ideation to industrial deployment;
• You fully integrate responsible AI, security, regulatory compliance and model risk management considerations;

• You demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to engage cross‑functional teams;
• You adopt a strategic and pragmatic mindset, focused on business value;
• You communicate clearly and confidently in an international environment, with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
