- Développer et recommander une stratégie ITIL adaptée à l’entreprise.
- Piloter la feuille de route de transformation des services IT.
- Analyser les processus existants et proposer des adaptations pour intégrer Agile.
- Faciliter la convergence entre ITIL et Agile.
- Superviser la conception, l’implémentation et l’optimisation des processus ITIL.
- Accompagner les équipes dans l’adoption des nouveaux processus et outils ITSM.
- Mener des initiatives de change management et montée en compétences.
- Définir les indicateurs de performance et suivre l’atteinte des objectifs.
- Identifier les axes d’amélioration, assurer la conformité et les bonnes pratiques.
