Je recherche un(e) ADMINISTRATEUR SYSOPS pour l’un de mes prestigieux clients !
✅Statut : FREELANCE
✅Démarrage : ASAP
✅Localisation : PARIS
✅Durée : 6 mois renouvelable
✅ Télétravail : 2-3j de TT
Missions :
✅Prendre en charge et traiter les demandes standards issues du catalogue ITSM, en interaction avec le demandeurs (si besoin pour clarifier la demande) et avec les autres équipes de l’infrastructure
✅Prendre en charge et traiter les incidents du catalogue ITSM, en interaction avec le demandeurs (si besoin pour clarifier la demande) et avec les autres équipes de l’infrastructure, notamment durant la phase de montée en compétence
✅Participer aux crises et aux actions de rétablissement de service
✅Prendre en charge les alertes sur les systèmes de monitoring et mener les actions de remédiation
✅Suivre les reportings quotidiens (sauvegarde, stockage,…) et mener les actions de remédiation
✅Participer aux comité techniques ACTIVE DIRETORY pour challenger les demandes de changements et analyses de l’infogérants
✅Monter en compétence sur notre outil de PAM WALLIX afin de réaliser l’administration (demandes & incidents) et les upgrades & patchings.
