Expert IBM Mainframe z/OS – Avant-vente & Delivery (H/F)Dans le cadre d’un projet stratégique autour de la modernisation d’environnements IBM z/OS, nous recherchons un Expert Mainframe confirmé capable d’intervenir à la fois sur la phase avant-vente (études, cadrage, soutenances, conception technique) et sur la phase delivery (intégration, migration, performance, automatisation).
Vous rejoindrez une équipe d’experts systèmes dédiée à la conception, la sécurisation et la performance des infrastructures IBM Mainframe, dans un contexte à forts enjeux de continuité de service.
Vos principales responsabilités :Participer aux réponses techniques avant-vente : RFI/RFP, architecture, chiffrage, soutenance.
Concevoir, intégrer et optimiser les environnements IBM z/OS.
Piloter les mises à niveau et migrations (OS, middleware, outils IBM / Broadcom / BMC).
Déployer et maintenir les outils d’automatisation et de supervision (System Automation, Netview, Omegamon, GDPS).
Garantir la haute disponibilité et la résilience (PRA / DRP, Disaster Recovery Plans).
Assurer un support de haut niveau et un rôle de référent technique auprès des équipes internes et des clients.
10 à 20 ans d’expérience minimum sur les environnements IBM Mainframe (z/OS, MVS, OS/390, zSeries).
Excellente maîtrise des briques techniques :
➤ System Automation, GDPS, Netview, Omegamon, OPS/MVS, CA7, REXX, JCL, SMP/E, RACF, Top Secret, IMS, DB2, CICS.
Bonne connaissance des problématiques de capacity planning, performance, sécurité et PRA.
Expérience en avant-vente technique, support client ou consulting IBM Mainframe.
Capacité à vulgariser et à travailler en interface avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
Anglais technique professionnel.
Rigueur, autonomie et sens du service client.
