Train new models and fine-tune existing ones to improve performance on our flagship product for detecting gynecological conditions in MRI scans.
Develop and contribute to tools for model training, evaluation, validation, and monitoring.
Prepare trained models for deployment in production environments.
Lead R&D projects and publish scientific research reports and papers.
Supervise the AI research team.
Report progress, key findings, and technical challenges to the management team, contributing to strategic decision-making.
PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in computer vision.
Experience of medical image analysis would be a strong plus.
Strong background in working with 3D imaging data.
Proficient in PyTorch.
Management experience is a strong plus.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
