Estimation et suivi des budgets liés à l’infrastructure et aux licences.
Planification et allocation des ressources humaines et techniques.
Plan de conduite du changement et support aux équipes (formations, accompagnement migrations).
MANDATORY : AVOIR AU MOINS UNE EXPERIENCE SIGNIFICATIVE SUR DE L'OPENSHIFT
Excellente connaissances d’OpenShift et des environnements Kubernetes/Docker.
Expérience en CI/CD et automatisation (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform).
Connaissances en observabilité et supervision (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Gestion de projets et de portefeuilles (roadmap, budget, ressources, risques).
Maîtrise des outils de pilotage et de suivi (JIRA, Confluence, reporting KPI)
Méthodologies Agile / Scrum / Kanban appliquées aux projets DevOps
Excellentes capacités de communication et de coordination multi-équipes
Anglais professionnel pour interagir dans un contexte international
